Shipping Policy

Welcome to ANKA. Thanks for choosing us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders. Please read it carefully — if you have any questions, contact our customer care team at [support@ankashop.in].

Order Processing

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

  • Payment verification: We may delay shipping if payment requires verification.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers, including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket to deliver your orders. While we strive for smooth and timely deliveries, we cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses during transit. In such cases, we recommend raising a complaint with the courier company, and our team will gladly assist you throughout the process.

Shipping Rates

  • All deliveries are free of shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Once dispatched, orders typically reach metro cities within 2–3 days and rural/remote areas within 7–10 days. Under standard conditions, metro deliveries are completed within 4 days from the date of dispatch.

During high-volume periods (sale events, holidays), processing and delivery may take longer than usual. Please allow additional time and order early to avoid delays.​

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery & dispatch times. Customs, public holidays, weather, or carrier delays can extend delivery.

Cash On Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, a standard fee of INR 50/- to INR 100/- will be applicable nationwide.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.

  • If you don’t receive a tracking email within 7-10 business days of placing your order, please write to us.

Returns & Exchange

  • Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy  for details on returning items, eligible conditions, timelines, and how to request exchanges.

  • Returned items must meet the conditions listed in our returns policy (e.g., unworn, with original tags & returned within 30 days of order date.

Failed Delivery or RTO (Return to Origin)

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or reasons beyond our control, ANKA will not be responsible. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, and refunds will not be processed.
